Join us as we walk (virtually) from Glasgow to Constantinople (now Istanbul) This is where Florence Nightingale was placed during The Crimean War, its 2438 Miles, around 8 million steps!
why? to raise awareness of Fibromyalgia and by doing this as a team we can achieve our goal
when? The challenge will run from 12th April to 12th May 2026, ending on Florence Nightingales birthday!
How? The goal is for us all to increase our daily steps to help our mobility, each day you will record your steps, email walkers@morethanfibro with your daily totals and this will be deducted off our goal, we have a handy map and goals set along the way that will be displayed in the hub, updated daily and updates posted to social media
On 12th May we will have a treadmill in Parkhead Forge Shopping Centre to get our final steps/miles in!!
